Pasta Bolognese

We had a Rehearsal Dinner for 25 people for our son's wedding at Carmela's. The food was excellent and all our guests loved all the food. Our guests particularly like the Charcuteries Boards that had for each table. My husband and I had the Bolognese and it was perfect. We had one with dairy added and one without. Both of us enjoyed them. We liked everything that we had for dinner.
